Terms

What you can count on, and what's on you.

Centerline is an independent tool that makes ScheduleMaster nicer to use. It isn't the official record — anything that affects safety or money, verify against ScheduleMaster itself.

What Centerline is

Centerline is an independent, third-party tool that connects to your existing ScheduleMaster account to give you a faster, friendlier interface for scheduling, availability, and related features. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ScheduleMaster — "ScheduleMaster" is a trademark of its respective owner.

You need your own valid ScheduleMaster account to use Centerline. It works on top of that account, not in place of it.

ScheduleMaster is the source of truth

Centerline reads and displays information from ScheduleMaster, and can create, change, and cancel reservations on your behalf. But ScheduleMaster — not Centerline — is the authoritative record.

What you see in Centerline can be cached, delayed, or occasionally wrong. That includes reservations, availability, aircraft status, currency, scheduled maintenance, squawks, and billing.

You are responsible for verifying anything that matters — especially anything affecting safety of flight, aircraft airworthiness, your currency or qualifications, or money — directly against ScheduleMaster or the relevant authoritative source before you rely on it. Do not make a flight, maintenance, or safety decision based solely on what Centerline shows you.

No warranty

Centerline is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It's an early-stage independent project: it may have bugs, go down, or display incorrect information. Use it with that in mind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Centerline operator isn't liable for any losses, damages, missed or double-booked reservations, scheduling errors, costs, or other harm arising from your use of — or inability to use — Centerline, including anything you relied on that it displayed. Centerline is a convenience layer; the responsibility for decisions you make with it stays with you.

Acceptable use

Use Centerline for its intended purpose, with your own ScheduleMaster account. Don't try to access accounts that aren't yours, scrape or bulk-extract data, attack or overload the service, or otherwise interfere with how it works for you or anyone else.

Changes and availability

Centerline is an independent project under active development. Features may change, appear, or disappear, and the service may be paused or discontinued at any time without notice. As with the privacy policy, the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version of these terms — check back here from time to time.

Your ScheduleMaster relationship is separate

Using Centerline doesn't change your agreement with ScheduleMaster or your flying club. Their terms continue to govern your actual account, your bookings, and your billing. Centerline is just a different way to interact with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
